I still need to blog about my amazing baby shower and our 2nd anniversary.... But, I don't want to wait for the pictures to load up so I'll do that later!
I always thought becoming a Mom meant you automatically were graced with some "sweet skills!" My Mom has some amazingly sweet skills (that I've never learned from her). My sister too has sweet skills that I'm pretty sure she never had until she was pregnant with her first child. I'm not sure where I was when the fairy came to grant me with knowledge and amazing skills but I missed her! Will she come again? I sure hope so!
I've dreamed of making, creating and coming up with cute ideas for the Baby's room.... they are slim and far between but I don't have the sweet skills to put them into action!
I want to make super cute hair bows and bracelets for her... but I don't know how.
I want to be crafty and just whip together something adorable to display in her room that will be special for her. Something that she will treasure forever!
I know my Mom and sister have these sweet skills.... Why can't the knowledge just be transferred to me??
Sigh....
Where is Mary Poppins when I need her?

i am stil waiting for yall to call us, so i can bring over your baby shower present. j.jo said yall were busy for the next couple of weeks. let me know when a good time is that i can just swing by and drop it off. hope everything is going well. your count down keeps getting smaller!!!
Sweet skills run in your blood. There is no way they can't with the parents we came from, you just have to learn to access them and get the creative juices flowing. Maybe get a book from the library on braclet and/or bow making. I can help some but am not very good at either of those particular things. If you need help with ideas or creating something special for the babies room let me know, I have a ton of ideas for everything and as you know love to create. Let me help you to help me help you:) Love you to pieces. Thanks for the kind words.
