On Easter we hit the "100 days left" mark until our baby is due! (That is until her due date which is July 22... If she wanted to come like 2 weeks early on July 8, that would be fine! Her birthday would then be 7/8/9.) It seems like time is moving so fast. This week we bought her car seat and stroller. Sometimes it still feels like a dream that I am pregnant... Until I feel a kick or look in the mirror. I have a baby shower for my family and friends in 2 weeks. My sister and sister-in-law have been doing SO much work to prepare for it! I am so excited to see all the fun and cute things they have planned. They both are wonderful, creative women and mothers. I have seen some things they have done and are planning to do which has got me totally excited! I think this will help things sink in a lot!
I was holding a baby at work last week that was 7 lbs. Reality kind of hit me then, this is the size of a newborn baby! A BABY! Babies in both of our families can be big at birth... like 9 - 10 lbs. big! Looks like our little one (or Mommy!) has a lot of growing to do these last 3 months... or should I say 93 days - but who is keeping track?

Don't worry, she will grow!! You just wait! Joseph and I were both big babies too, which is why it is a good thing our little one came early (and was healthy) so that I could survive :) She would have been a ten pounder for sure if she came on time. Good luck on the rest of the pregnancy, and let me know if there's anything you need- I'm not an expert, but I just went through it so feel free to ask.

You crack me up!!! I honestly get so nervous for Sundays to come. I just want my kids to behave themselves and that is easier said then done. Carson is a handful and I think he is a teenager stuck in a four year old body. It is scary to raise children, but such a blessing as well. THank you for being patient with him, and helping him to learn the gospel. I know that it is so important for him to be there, and even though you think he is not paying any attention, he learns sooo much. Your stories crack me up. I was on my couch laughing out loud. Thanks again for your patience and being great teachers for Carson. He loves both of you.
Hey it's me again. I just have to tell you that Carson was so concerned on Sunday when you and Jared weren't there. He kept saying, " I am NOT going to have those other teachers teach me. Where is brother and sister Johnson. I kept saying sweetheart I don't know where they are maybe they are on vacation, but he would not go with his class. He really loves you guys, and I know you will be released soon, and he is going to be so sad. I just want you to know that he loves you two!!! Have a good week.
