Hello Yougurt!

We have discovered a new love... Hello Yogurt!

It is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

They have like 6 different self serve frozen yougurt flavors, that change daily. You get your cup and dispense as much yogurt as you would like. Then pile on toppings if you would like aswell. You then put your delicious creation on a little scale. Then Ta-Dah..
You pay per ounce - it is worth every penny!

Our favorite flavors are Georgia Peach and N.Y. Cheesecake! SO DELISH!!

We went 3 times in 4 days...

I am pregnant - I have cravings - enough said!

Yes, my yogurt was bigger than Jared's.... and yes mine was gone before his!

Just another MONDAY...

I have a few days off while the doctor that I work for is in California. I had such high hopes for today! My list mostly includes cleaning and organizing - but I was excited to get some things done. I feel so tired after work every day that I don't do much once I get home - and my home shows it. (My new bed time has been 8:30, or if I am lucky I can last until 9:30.) So I was really going to get things done over the next few days.

Monday has started out like this: I wake up feeling nauseated, but I am also feeling positive. Good combination. I have hit the 2nd trimester in pregnancy and hope this will help my ALL day sickness.... it definitely isn't just in the morning! Anyway, I get some breakfast, the latest craving is frosted flakes with sliced bananas. I sit on the couch to eat and then to let things settle. I feel pretty good. I get up and decided to wash the dishes..... our pipes are frozen again! This means I will not be doing dishes or laundry right now. Thank heavens the bathroom pipes are not frozen!

I decided to do some blogging to pass the time. That's a good Monday morning activity! Not soon after I sit down my pregnancy hormones kick in and I run to the bathroom..... I don't think I will be eating frosted flakes with bananas for awhile..... Now I feel like crap and who wants to eat after just throwing up? Not me! But, I decided I better eat something and take my beloved tic-tac size pills that I have learned to L-O-V-E!! ZOFRAN is quite possibly the best thing that has ever been formulated. This little pill is my life saver and I apparently can't get through a day with out it! Wish me luck that at some point I get off the couch and clean my house.

There you have it folks. I have had many people ask how I have been doing. We are still a bit in shock that we are going to be parents! Last Thursday we went to the doctor and got to hear the baby's heart beat! It was so amazing. We both had the biggest smile on our faces! The doctor said everything sounded and looked great!

Counting....

We have been counting the weeks lately....

14 weeks until Jared is done with school.

3 weeks until I start school.

15 1/2 weeks until our 2nd Anniversary.

27 1/2 weeks until our baby is born!

7 1/2 weeks until we find out if the baby is a boy or girl.

12 weeks and 4 days into our pregnancy journey.

We are so happy and extremely grateful and humbled to announce that we are having a baby! Our little one is due in July and we are so excited to start this new adventure as parents!

An update? Wow!

I am embarrassed to see that it has been a month since I last updated! So much has happened and life is so crazy busy as always.

We had a WONDERFUL Christmas break together and with family! It was really a memorable time to share with family. We spent a lot of time eating and talking and visiting and just being together with our families! I didn't leave enough time to follow through with what I announced last year would be a family tradition of having homemade cinnamon rolls on Christmas morning... It was sad - but I guess I can improve for next year. I did miss the cinnamon rolls but we had breakfast with Jared's family Christmas morning so at least we ate. I wish I had taken more pictures of the season so this post would be interesting.... maybe next year!

This past year went by in a flash! I went to bed on New Years Eve at 9... it was amazing and the BEST New Years ever! Jared made it past midnight but soon joined me for some much needed sleep.

Jared went back to school on Wednesday and I cried.... I hate having him gone so much for school but it is a good thing so we will keep going one day at a time. I am having some major anxiety knowing I will be back in school at the beginning of February.

I put myself in charge of planning the trip and things for our 2nd Anniversary in May. I am so excited!! Breanne and Clint's anniversary is 2 days before ours so I am planning a weekend get-away with them. I really am giddy about it. I just need to keep things a surprise for Jared - yeah, right! I just booked our hotel about 15 minutes ago - wahoo!

I know this update wasn't very exciting so I will work on something exciting for my next post...
